Scope of Work

The building's indirect water heaters were defective and had to be replaced. We removed the old units and installed two HTP SuperStor Ultra SSU-80 indirect water heaters, 80-gallon stainless steel storage tanks heated by the building's existing boiler, to restore a reliable supply of hot water for residents.

Every connection is fully insulated, with isolation valves and gauges at each heater so the building's staff can read and service the system easily.

A new thermostatic mixing valve blends the stored water down to a safe temperature before it reaches the apartments, so residents get a steady, scald-safe temperature at the tap.
